According to the Company Registrar the following requirements should be fulfilled.

(a) NAME OF THE COMPANY
The client is able to choose the name of his company provided that the preferred name fulfils the following
criteria:
(1) Should not be similar to any other name of an existing company or other registered trading name
(2) Should not be misleading for the public
(3) Should not include any of the words Republic, national, international, European Union, Europe, Euro,
Privileged, Recognized, Municipal, Cooperative, e.t.c.

(b) SHARE CAPITAL
For Cypriot companies there are not restrictions for the minimum or maximum share capital of the
company. However, it is recommend a minimum paid up capital of €1.000 (one thousand) Euro.

(c) MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
(1) The Memorandum of the company should specify the objectives of the company.
(2) The Articles of Association should describe the operation, procedures at regulations of the company

(d) SHARE HOLDERS, DIRECTORS and SECRETARY
The following information and documentation is needed:
(i) Name/Surname
(ii) Date/place birth
(iii) Occupation / Home address
(iv) Nationality
(v) Number of shares
(f) REGISTERED OFFICE

The company must have a registered office in Cyprus.
